Lupus Foundation of America, Indiana Chapter
June 2022
Welcome to New CEO Brian Rothenberger!
The LFA-IN Chapter Board of Directors and staff are excited that Brian Rothenberger will be joining our team on Mon, June 13th. Brian comes to our Chapter after several years in fundraising, development, and operations in higher education and non-profit organizations, most recently as Director of Development with the Indiana Chapter of The ALS Association. A native Hoosier, he recently moved back to Indiana after eleven years as Director of Operations in the Office for Philanthropy at Coastal Carolina University (Conway, SC), where he and his team contributed to the success of two multi-million-dollar fundraising campaigns.

Brian attended Brownsburg High School, earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and recently completed a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry degree from Liberty University, with a focus on Community Chaplaincy.

Faith and mission drive Brian’s approach to life and work, and he is committed to honesty, hard work, and integrity in all that he does. He lives to serve, and helping others is his primary motivation.

Brian and his wife, Melissa, have three grown children and a grandson who is approaching his first birthday. In his spare time, Brian likes to cycle, spend time with his family, walk his three dogs, listen to music, and read. He is a volunteer chaplain with a local nonprofit, and you will occasionally find him on the golf course with close friends.

We'd also like to take this opportunity to thank La Toija Snodgrass, our previous CEO, for her contributions to our Chapter for the past 17 months. La Toija is moving to Texas and we wish her the best in her upcoming adventure!
