Lupus: Ask the Experts is a series of live educational teleconferences and pre-recorded webcasts on a variety of topics designed to provide you with important information about living with lupus. Maybe you feel hindered by chronic pain and the thought of going to the gym is too much to handle. Maybe you are an avid exerciser but somehow you still end up with a significant amount of flare-ups. Learn what factors are important to consider when exercising with an autoimmune disease; from exercise intolerance to which kind of exercise is best. Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Daniela Spear, will cover the ins and outs of a healthy exercise routine that will benefit you while living with an autoimmune disease.
