We are very excited to be able to offer gentle yoga classes beginning September 2016 for people with lupus and one caregiver. This will be seated/chair-supported yoga. Attendees wanting to add more intensity to their sessions are welcome to bring a yoga mat to do some of their exercises on the floor.

When:  
2nd Saturday of month, 11:00 am-12:00 pm

These classes are open to people with lupus and one caregiver. If you are under the age of 18, written parental consent is required. Please:

• Check with your doctor prior to starting this or any other exercise program.

• If you are under age of 18, please send parental consent to Debbie Campbell at debbie@lupusindiana.org or FAX to 317.663-1003.

• Arrive at least 5 minutes before class which begins promptly at 11:00 am.  

• Do not bring children to class. 

COST IS FREE BUT REGISTRATION FOR THE FIRST CLASS YOU ATTEND IS REQUIRED. After initial registration, the classes are drop-in. In case of inclement weather, check our Chapter Facebook page.  

Hospital visitors can enter any of the 3 main entrances: North/South and West. Learning Centers are right beside the Welcome Desk, which is centrally located in the center of the hospital.
